outlet cover
Brian B asked:

We have custom made outlet covers which only fit over standard sized outlet. I am trying to locate a GFI outlet that is not rectangular, but is instead shaped the standard way. Please let me know if you know where I can find these outlets. Thanks.

switch plate
charleskmoore2 asked:

I have several light switch cover plates that are bowing out. There doesn’t seem to be any pressure on them as if I overtightened the screws. It seems like heat or something else is causing them to bend out. I did find a way to straighten them though… Place them in the oven at 225 degrees for about 10 minutes or so. Flat now but why did they bend in the first place…..

outlet cover
Kristina asked:

I’m redecorating my daughters room and want to paint designs on her light switch and outlet covers. Does anyone know what kind of paint I should use?
To the ‘just buy one’ response, I’ve already considered this option. Nowhere I’ve looked (even ebay) had one that’s even close to what I’m looking for. Thanks

outlet cover
dave’swife asked:

gather. I suspect at some point it shorted out and maybe caught fire (nothing is plugged in). I was wondering how I can cut electricity to this outlet as well as two others that aren’t far away. Is this possible? The outlet cover was blackened and the bottom part doesn’t work. I’m afraid of a potential fire. Please help!!!!!!!!!
