checked it with tester, all connections were OK, but the black wire + did not show any electic load in it. looks like it is disconnected or cut from the source that it comes from. How can I fix it , and usually where is the other end and source of the wire so that I can repair it. All other outlets and switches in other rooms are OK.

When I turn on a light switch on the wall for a light, sometimes I notice a spark inside the switch plate. Is that normal?
Can somebody help me find an outlet cover [4 of them] and not from Ebay, I am re-doing my room Zebra & Pink and I need outlet covers that have zebra print on them, but happen to not be able to find any!
